How's Greenwich, CT?

No appetite but still have the dinner allowance. Bottle of wine for dinner, it is.

What jobs offer good breaks or not as many hours throughout the week? I know jobs working in the school are good because you get summers off and longer holidays, but what other jobs are good? I honestly would love working 4 days a week and not 40 hours a week. Btw I am graduating with a child development and psychology degree.

Anyone have insight on firm bonuses to paralegals. What’s your bonus like? Other perks you are glad your firm/company offer?

What are some exit opportunities/ ie job positions. I feel like I wore a lot of different hats and don’t know what possible transitions are out there. Is it just analytics or product management

My confession is that I have seen the medical field change so much over the past 20 years, that it's unrecognizable in both good and bad ways. More people are leaving than staying, and I am worried the quality of care is dwindling. I try not to burden friends and family with some of the things I've seen recently, but the short version is that I'm no longer sure I have faith or trust in it myself.

Which one do you guys prefer? Taking personal car to the airport and charge miles or just take a cab/uber?

Wanna know of how anyone that co-slept provided elevation to baby to tackle the reflux issue!
And yes, we do cosleep on the same bed but follow a ton of safe sleep recos! So 🙂

When they payout the bonus for the year, it is paid in September for PwC while FY end in July. I assume it is also withheld 40%. Feels like there’s a lot of time value lost in bonus.

3 yrs in and don’t have a go-to person/s nor am I anybody’s go-to. Don’t have a “close knit” network and didn’t find “my group people” and feeling out of place here. Not for lack of effort. Thoughts?

Are slip-ons (i.e. a nice pair of leather loafers) considered too casual for the office?
