Hi ladies. I have always struggled with low confidence and imposter syndrome at work. Although the feedback from leadership has consistently been that I am a top performer - I struggle with voicing my opinion and taking the lead on client calls. I’d hoped that working my behind off would make up for it, but I was turned down for a promotion for the second time and feel absolutely gutted. I hate that I am a good worker bee but do not exhibit the leadership competencies - appreciate any advice ❤️

My mother in law has been staying with us to take care of our now 1yo daughter but now that it’s clear we have pandemic for a while, not sure we can ask her to stay with us indefinitely. We are paying for daycare to save our spot but don’t want to send our daughter yet (there’s been outbreaks in some daycares in our area). Thinking also on taking a leave at work. Any thoughts? What’s everyone doing?

Google Cloud: Base $130K; OTE $325k+ and RSU $300k over 4 yrs (33%:33%:22%:12%).
Non - FAANG (Non-SaaS??) Base $130K; OTE $260K
VMWare: Base $150K; OTE $300K+

Commissions are 2% appx. (Uncapped).

Seems these numbers are for 8+ YoE. Please contribute to these numbers to correct/ append or add other companies.
