Anybody went through Bridgewater interview process? Anything to look out for (other than the cult like culture) ?
Anyone here at Bridgewater? Wondering what the culture is really like ... trying to separate fact from fiction.
To all my SDRs/AEs/AMs/BDRs that are out there, I’m running an experiment that I’ve never seen before: Have you ever worked together with a teammate to close your company’s deals? I’m talking start to finish of sales process, from cold call to closed booking. I’m curious to know if folks always tackle calls by themselves, particularly intro calls, and beyond. Obviously there has to be a handoff at some point, but where is that inflection point? Trust is probably THE most important rapport
New Yorkers -- would you ever consider a move to SF? I really don't think I could handle the culture there.
Poll: Got a call from my alma matter 🎓. What do you guys think about paying back to the university that helped you (and may help future professionals)?
seems like everyone I speak with (and personal experience), their teams are so understaffed. Why is it that banks are having such a hard time finding talent to fill positions rn?
When people at a bar ask me what I do, I tell them I'm a special agent. It's easier than describing this job
Anyone have any good recommendations on books for finance basics on different investment vehicles in PE, VC, and IB (PIPEs, Series A, converts, etc...)?
Got some dress shirts for Xmas that are not standard white or blue. Not a fan of diversity in my shirt color. Does anyone rock dress shirtst that aren't white or blue regularly?
Ladies & Gentlemen, with one month left in Q2, some will fall short of our numbers. Others will hit them. I can’t speak for all of us here, however, I can speak for myself. That being said, I will NOT be one that comes up short of my number. Now, this leads me to you all, to present a question. If you have to prospect, if you’re looking for new business, is it worth $1500 to put 95% of your prospecting process on autopilot? If so, let’s chat.
How do you make new friends outside of the office? Serious question. Feeling a bit lonely.
Thoughts on 3-piece suits? I got one that I can wear without the vest so it's not a complete waste of money, but I'm trying to see when I can wear the whole thing (other than weddings I guess)
Not eating carbs = laughably easy path to a six pack. I've lost 10 lbs in 14 days eating bun-less bacon cheeseburgers
Not to be culturally insensitive but is it really necessary for all Indian people to speak Hindi at the office?
And they said Noelia wasn’t bad...any idea who this is? https://instagram.com/p/BhKytFKgixs/

Recruiter reaches out via email, and I respond fairly quickly. Recruiter decides to *text* me the next day asking for availability for a call. I don't answer and neither does he. Unacceptable & weird?
For those of you that got coached-out/fired from PA, what was the conversation like leading up to it?
What % increase would make you leave BIG 4 after a year experience? Have a good overall experience so far.
Has anyone ever rebounded to B4 but completely new role and department? How does it work?
I’m a certified PE health teacher and we have recently moved to a small town in Nebraska. They have asked me to be a full time sub in 6-12 choir and band (only opening and they can’t find a Music teacher) I know nothing about band or choir. I’m reaching out to see if anyone has resources I can use or any help you may have. Thank you
College student here. I was curious as to McK’s undergrad hiring process. I see that it seems they want you to indicate a preference for a specific practice area (such as Ops or Corp Fin),...(cont.)

Do any of you do trachs on COVID 19 positive pts? We have several patients that have been on vent for 20 plus days. Are there clinical guidelines around trachs for COVID patients?
I’m vaccinated but getting very nervous about the delta variant. I’m reading a lot about pretty bad breakthrough cases. My husband is immunocompromised (but vaccinated). Most people at my office don’t seem to care at all about Covid, we don’t have a mask policy, etc. I’m getting really nervous about spending so much time in the office. Ugh
