I completely bombed the Mckinsey coaching session ( it honestly has been the worse performance of my career ). How poorly will this reflect of the next interview steps? i’m honestly disappointed.

I have a bachelors degree in psychology. Is there any benefits to actually getting a certification/masters degree related to HR? I feel that I am already advancing in my career in HR, but I’m not sure if not having a secondary degree will prevent a promotion at some point.
