I have an offer from Capgemini and I have my H1-B transfer approved. After I resigned and told my manager about it, asked me if I wanted to stay back. Initially I said no, but agreed to stay if they match. today told me they ready to match the hike with what I'm getting there over 30%. I'm just in a mix. Capgemini has spent money on me filling transfer petition and premium and I'll be feeling guilty to ditch them. At the same time my manager in current company has done everything. Wat shud I do @

When busy season is over and there is not as much work, how early/late do you stay at the office everyday?

I’m an HR Manager for a small (41 employee) company in Chicago. I make $70,000 a year no bonuses. I’m SHRM-CP and PHR certified with four years experience and a masters in HR. Am I underpaid?

Happy Thursday everyone! I know that as a profession and especially during this unprecedented time we constantly experience and are bombarded with negativity. Few recruiters reached out to me and have been offering a hefty salary. Similar situation last year was different. I.e I see salary difference of 30 to 40% in base salary range. I am too excited to take the offer’s, but also scared that is it just momentarily and when market stabilizes they would fire folks???? The companies reaching out last year and this year are different ; none of them are big tech companies.
