Hey Sales people! I'm actually news to sales and struggling to get get traction (start-up) for SIP Trunking / Teams Direct Routing Services.

I used Apollo as a way to find leads and get an email contact. Although after just 30 emails over a week I found myself being marked as spam.

My next step is LinkedIn as I dont want to risk my domain reputation.

Interested to see some perspectives - currently working at a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at a fast growing company and recently passed my PHR! Advice/tips for effective sales process. I have never had a true mentor or any type of coaching in sales and everything has been self taught and trial and error. It’s been effective for the most part but I’m interviewing with a company and I’d like to talk through a very effective sales process.

So I’m trying to move into a TA manager role and having zero luck trying to get an interview with any company I apply. I have 11 years in Recruiting, 2 of which was managing a team of Recruiters at a large national staffing company. It seems impossible to make the move up. Anyone who has made that move, while switching companies, have any suggestions?

PHR or SHRM-CP?

I was told that I was the chosen candidate for a new role that I applied for which will be promotion, I just recently received my offer and was surprised and decided to start negotiating. My boss immediately said that this is offer, either take it or lose it and no negotiating, and was only given a day to decide whether I want it or not, so he repost the position, and was also told that I was going about it the wrong way for trying to negotiate, Is this wrong of me to negotiate?

Does anyone have a template to poll a TA team on time in task? Trying to evaluate how much time a team spends on Admin duties.

I have recently joined new organisation where my offer is 18fixed + 1.8variable.

I was having CTC of 8lpa in my previous organisation.

How could be the tax calculation for this year? How the tax is computed with 2 different CTC's? In which tax slab I would come under as per old regime?

Audit Partners — Do you see longterm profitability of audit in general? Is it going to be worth being a partner, financially, given the risk you take on, in 10-15 years? With audit bids increasingly being driven way down by competition, & lower level resources demanding (much) higher pay than it was historically, I’m not convinced the partner track is still as enticing as it was pre-Covid. Seems like the job market/higher staff pay alone has GOT to be taking a huge cut into partner pay.

Bit of grumbling I have.

Project with known deadline. Takes forever for C-level to approve. Have 3 weeks to complete project end to end. And if it fails, I'll be one of the folks asked why.

The impact could be substantial in the future. I just find it ridiculous the analysis paralysis that happens sometimes.

I will comply but I think it is also foolish to expect what is usually 3 months of effort in 3 weeks.
