Any attorney here a member of the US Court of Appeals District of Columbia willing to sponsor me for admission? Thank you!
I am a PI attorney who has far too many clients to manage. This is due to having 4 major surgeries over the last 2 years and my sudden loss of a very experienced paralegal and inability to find a similar replacement. I stopped taking new cases a while ago and still feel like I need to dump some of my more time consuming cases but I worry about doing so, for a myriad of reasons. At the same time, I feel like a failure and am sleeping less and less at night. How do I get out of this nightmare?
We interrupt this crisis to ask a boring question. How do you manage the never ending onslaught of email? How do you organize countless topical articles that you want to retain?

Do any of your firms have a resourcing model where no one is ever on a project for too long - let’s say no longer than six months or a year (even if the project could be a multi-year engagement) - to ensure you’re getting a wide-range of experience working on different projects, with different people, different clients? Would anyone rather not have this type of model?
