Guilty! Being the interviewee recently has taught me what I failed to do as an interviewer. 1Outline your hiring process/timeline. Simple but oft overlooked. Tell them how many people they’ll be meeting, when u aim to shortlist, when u aim to hire. Communicate- someone is probably intensely waiting for any word. They may miss other opportunities for u. 2 Closure! Surprising how many places don’t let u know when they’ve moved on from u! 3 Can u offer helpful advice for them? 4 Reply to all.

Particularly, two of them are interesting to me. 1) from a Energy Market Company in Pennsylvania as an Operations Research Scientist, 95k + 15% bonus + very good benefits and generous PTO. It's a very chill job (9-5) with good people but limited opportunity to growth. 2) from a consulting company in NYC as a data science consultant, 130k + 10k signing bonus. Which one you choose? why?

Hi ladies, Is the 6 month mark too early to ask for a raise? I have been required to over step my job role in almost every capacity. My bosses boss is contacting my personal phone on this weekend as the main point of contact for crisis comms on social media. I am also helping more senior social media members often.
