Guys one off topic question.

I am suffering my scalp psoriasis. Checked with many doctors. They say there is no cure for this. You have to use coal tar shampoo to get rid of this dandruff. But if I use that shampoo I will go bald in some years as it has harsh chemicals. If I don't, this dandruff too much to handle and sometimes breaks your confidence.
Is someone else also faced this situation. How your overcome it. Please suggest I might go in depression.

Any other young people having a hard time working from home and living with parents in environments that arent the healthiest? Trying to apply for job that would give me enough of a pay bump to move out but man its hard to look for a job and work your job at the same time :( any advice?

Hi! I requested a raise in late august and am still waiting on confirmation. Last update was 3 weeks ago from my boss who said he put in the request and is still waiting on approval. I can’t help but think they’re just delaying until the new quarter which is the normal raise period. Is a month and a half a long time to be waiting for this? And if it is approved is it reasonable for me to ask for “backdated pay” to when I originally asked?
