Can anyone recommend a certificate or course that is actually useful for developing professionals and/or reviewing performance? I don’t want/need something that is just a credential, I’m actually looking to get some formal grounding in these two topics so I can overhaul processes at my consulting firm. Thanks for your advice!!!
Does anyone have a dashboard or excel template for turnover/attrition where data can be easily “dumped” in for a beautiful display? TIA!

I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.
I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?
I would like to help those wanting to shift careers in HR, minorities, or women going back to the workforce, learn workday coding and ultimately help them get a job in the space. Is there any interest?
Anyone here a member of Revenue Collective? Is it worth it? What kind of value have you gotten out of it if so? Thanks!
Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
Spam me with your favorite recruiters. Based in Arizona, need a very experienced Automotive Technician with 10+ years. Any suggestions. A firm that guarantees placement
For anyone who’s started at a company fully remote (Covid or otherwise)… when ramping into your new role, what did you do to feel more connected to your team/sales dept? I’m finding that I have questions that I don’t know how or whom to ask, I don’t know who anyone is and my manager can be MIA. This is my first fully remote role and it’s thrown me for a bit of a loop
Software Sales vs. Medical Sales: would like to hear from people on both sides. • Do you recommend your industry? • Daily Interaction • Work/Life • Income growth potential I have good opportunities in both industries, and would value feedback to help me choose. Aware of compagauge & have checked it out, btw. $120k potential for med sales job, unsure on tech yet.
Is anyone noticing a trend toward offering part-time or contract roles to reduce risk/cost of bringing on full-time talent?
I’m not happy where I’m at, my abilities aren’t being maximized as I’m spread thin, and I know I’m being undervalued. Recently graduated and in property management w/ 3-4 years sales experience. Currently on the hunt for Sales/Account Management roles leaning more towards consumer goods, then tech. Any advice?
For those in b2b sales how are your orders placed most? Online, customer service or sales reps?
Any strategies or resources you could recommend for getting rid of the dreaded annual performance review (or at least lessening the dread) and creating a more effective year round performance feedback system? Our review is currently tied to our end of year bonuses and merit increases, so not sure I could get rid of it entirely. This would be for hourly and management employees, all working on-site.
I’m starting grad school in the fall and am currently looking for a new project - should I disclose this to potential projects before signing on?

Employer is 100% sponsoring MPH and decided to take it to further expand network and it's decent (T20). Wondering if Epidemiology or Healthcare Management would be a better concentration? I'm currently in pharma and the goal is at graduation I'll have a good amount of experience and a little bonus (MPH) to be competitive for experienced hire roles. ZSers, what are your thoughts?
Do you regret getting your MBA? If goal is to break into MBB (not banking), is it worth it? Opportunity cost + Tuition Costs add up to $300K ish.

Any SMs at Accenture making $340k all in or am I being cray? For Base, RSU, bonus, sign on bonus?Going through a recruiter and they asked what my expectations were after divulging a $275k initial. They are also saying $235k base is out of question. Really? When in industry I had EDs working for me who were 28 yo making $250k! And that was 10 years ago. Am I off base here to expect $340k all in for a Senior Manager at Accenture ? Tia

Folks, curious if there is anyone who filed for citizenship after getting green card through work (not through marriage to a US citizen)? I’m married to a non-US person and we have two kids born here. Specifically interested in whether I should be attaching any “additional evidence” like mortgage, tax returns, etc. Based on the instructions it doesn’t seem necessary but I wonder if evidence of property ownership would be helpful? Thanks in advance.
Is having dyed hair a career limiting move in consulting? I'm not talking pink or blue or purple as that obviously wouldn't fly with more conservative clients. I'm about to bleach my hair platinum blonde which is something I've wanted for years, but it's not a natural hair colour for my ethnic background (East Asian). So just a little concerned about how I'll be perceived, esp as I already stand out being one of the very few people of my race in my department.
Finishing my second year at a big bank and I’m over it. Idk how I’m going to do this for 20+ years. Don’t get me wrong I’ll put in the hours - I want the vacation houses, nice cars, traveling experiences - but how much I hate myself during the week makes me question if it is even worth it.
I have a client that is about 5 years from retirement but and close to his overall savings goal. He continually wants to jump back and forth from Conservative to Aggressive, doesn’t take many of my re
Anyone else getting a mortgage through Wells fargo recently? Their under writing process has been a back and forth that has gone on for over a month now. our loan is a little trickier (jumbo loan, gift funds involved, non American borrowers). Is this normal or should I start fresh with another lender?
