Has anyone else been offered a raise, but had to get it approved by Omnicom? How long did it take before the raise took effect?

Everyday I can feel where the agency is cheaping out to save money. And I get it. But then I look at the bellow-market gains on Omnicom stock and I can’t help but wonder, is it really worth it?
