What’s your agency’s summer Friday policy? IPG (from the couple i know) - half days every Friday Memorial Day to Labor Day. WPP - 2 or 3 days that can be taken as half days Omnicom -? Publicis - ?
Has anyone else been offered a raise, but had to get it approved by Omnicom? How long did it take before the raise took effect?

Everyday I can feel where the agency is cheaping out to save money. And I get it. But then I look at the bellow-market gains on Omnicom stock and I can’t help but wonder, is it really worth it?
For my next move, considering holding companies seem to control raises, which should I avoid? Omnicom? IPG? Or am I better off going to an independent agency? WPP is the worst (IMO)
