Anyone else at Omnicom have all their health insurance accidentally shut off on Dec 10, not to be reinstated until the new year? I don’t know what to do.

Do Omnicom media agencies 401k match? Specifically wondering about OMD and PHD.

All this is a bit moot without seeing other benefits in context. As an aside, LETS also COMPARE BENEFITS OF THE BEHEMOTHS ie Publicis vs Omnicom vs WPP vs ... Especially since the work is often pretty much the same (it’s all advertising, folks). Publicis offers 3 week’s vacay (15 days) plus 9 “flex” days (giving a total of 24 days PTO). Plus unlimited sick days and many pre-and-post public holidays. But not the days between Christmas and New Year. And no summer Fridays. No comp days. And scant or no pay rises (as if that was new). What about the other companies? End of the day, when you go for a job, these things are worth money. So if you can, negotiate UP in case you never get a pay raise again...it happens.

It pisses me off that I just got on the Omnicom health insurance plan and my copay for my BC is insanely high all the sudden
