Hello! I'm in internal HR as a HRBP but am looking to get into HR Consulting in the next 2-3 years. Among the Big 4 Accounting Firms and Big 3 (MBBs), which has the best HR Consulting practice?

Idk what’s going on but the level of unprofessionalism with recruiters has reached a new level, and I’m interviewing at all large truly top firms - J&J, Deloitte, Meta/Facebook, McKinsey, etc. really bad all around

Can an employer terminate you for putting in a two weeks notice?? The reason outlined in my termination was that “my services are no longer needed”

Not sure if it’s just me, but does anyone else experience people from Pune visiting their LinkedIn nearly every day, multiple times a day? So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I used Apollo as a way to find leads and get an email contact. Although after just 30 emails over a week I found myself being marked as spam.

Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?
