Poll: How many of us actually prefer working from home more permanently? I was reading a survey that found 40-45% of HR pros prefer to continue this way which I found incredibly surprising.

What would you say a reasonable amount of dials during cold calling/following up should be during an 8 hour day? Do you cold call, follow up, close the sale, and provide customer service to your clients? If so, what would you say a reasonable amount of calls and/or time on the phone should be? I am trying to get a feel on what others do. I want to change the way my team does things and want to get ideas.

Good Afternoon and Happy Friday everyone! I work for a larger fulfillment center and I am tasked with coming up with some new ideas to do for team member engagements. Usually once a week we hand out cookies, chips or popcorn with Gatorade. This is for close to 1200 team members. Does anyone have any great ideas?

Is anyone else having this issue? Since COVID in June, I have had so many unemployment requests that are fraudulent. We report to our state, and I am getting requests for employees that had no change in pay/hours (white collared* workers) that when I ask if they filed the answer is always no. Last week, I had an executive that had a false claim.
