Hey fam! I’m looking to relocate to Houston, TX. I had a project there and loved it. Any of you live or have lived there? How is it living/ dating/ pay?
I was just promoted to senior. I would like to leave public after obtaining my CPA/having a busy season as a senior under my belt. PA wrecks havoc on my anxiety and I don’t know how long I can realistically last in this position. This might be horrible to say but I would honestly love a job with structured hours (ie just the basic 9-5, maybe some overtime here and there but not the norm/expected) and the work is also very boring/similar day to day. Can anyone recommend positions that fit this?
Is it difficult to get into TAS and if anyone is in this service line how do you like it? Are he hours similar to audit?

What is the deal with paying to get more points? Ex: Paying X amount to get Y points to fully cover a hotel stay/flight/reach next tier status. Is it worth it monetarily?
