Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

Hey guys! Our teammate is going through a pretty tough time, I wasn’t sure if this would be appropriate to post, but seeing as though this is a sales group, and my man Braxton is a sales beast... I thought I could try posting and apologize later. If you can give please do, if you can share please, if you can pray please, please do. We’re so close to getting his expenses covered, and after all he’s done to show up to our team.. I’m trying to show up to him in my fullest capacity. Thank you!!
Should I remove my education date range from my resume ? I’s a bachelors degree from a decent school (non - ivy). I have 5 YOE and just made manager. I have an interview next week and received a “best practices for interviewing online” from the company’s HR. There is a bullet point that says avoid wearing bright colors. Like of course I’m not going to wear a fluorescent yellow long sleeve shirt, but for some reason this rubs me the wrong way. Am I overthinking this or does anyone else think this is weird?

I'm thinking about going back to get my Masters, but if I'm going to write a thesis or have a specialty, I want it to be a topic I'm passionate about that isn't locking me in to strictly teaching forever(M.Ed.). What did you get your Masters in? What have you done with it since? Ideally I'd like it to be something about social justice in relation to students, possibly with a religious component and how it plays out depending on school/district/community/home culture, but probably not ABAR??
What is the weirdest but productive thing you do when you travel? I’m always looking for new mini hacks. Mine is wiping the remote and switches with a Clorox to-go wipe when I check-in.
