At Big4: How do some partners sell projects and survive when it's a disaster working with them? Constantly flip flopping on decisions in deliverables, aggressively forcing their incorrect views and rejecting ideas from the project team - which eventually, the client comes to the same idea after workshops. All the partner can do is BS really eloquently when called out by the client. Don't you have to showcase your deep expertise to sell a project??

I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.
Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?
