Anyone hiring experienced consultants for a company that has great benefits, WLB, and diverse office culture? Willing to learn any tech needed and grow with the right company! It's time for me to move up or out and I'd rather head out. Looking for full time remote with a focus on strategic communications or learning development. TIA!

Looking for some insight on whether an offer i received is too low for NYC for Sr Consultant role (managing tech engagements and projects for banks, around 8 YOE) $105k base, basic benefits w/ share purchase plan options. I think this is too low. What are your thoughts? What is the range for an SC? as I think I should be landing on the higher side of it.

Do you ever come across a job where you just *know* you’d do great, but you aren’t as good at cracking the interviews? It happened to me. I prepared for months but when the big day arrived I got completely flustered and threw it all away

One would think CEO’s should be clamoring for increase in workers salaries as a reward for their hardwork especially during the pandemic. Without workers these executives would be no where. So good to see shareholder activism alive 😄.

What is the designation offered in case a senior manager/ associate director in PwC india joins accenture with 14 years of experience

Mentally exhausted in this career. Don’t always mind the hours but don’t find it fulfilling. I think tech is more interesting and operational. Offered an analyst role at 140k base/bonus (not including equity but not public so not factoring that in). It’s not my ideal company because it doesn’t seem like growth is exponential but people seem nice and role seems better than consulting - gotta start somewhere? Only done a few interviews so far though. Is it better to wait? Have <2 YOE.
