Dr. Westring is an associate professor of management at the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University.
Dr. Westring is an expert on Total Leadership, and evaluates the framework’s impact on various organizations and individuals.
She is the co-atuthor of Parents Who Lead: The Leadership Approach You Need to Parent with Purpose, Fuel Your Career, and Create a Richer Life, as well as a scholar of diversity and inclusion, with a focus on women’s careers in STEM fields.
Dr Westring holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a P.h.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University.
