Wondering why the hashtag #MoskowitzCooks is blowing up on Fishbowl? An accountant from the San Francisco Bay Area has been putting all of our new quarantine cooking skills to shame in the Coronavirus Work-life bowl on Fishbowl. (Yes, that means making sourdough bread once is not a diploma for becoming a professional chef.) She has quickly built a loyal fan following of management consultants, accountants, lawyers and advertisers working from home by posting delicious food and recipes since quarantine has started.
“Moskowitz is the best. I live vicariously and jealously through her posts. So much I want to be her wife, jk of course, but not really.”
The Fishbowl team reached out to Moskowitz to find out what motivated her to regularly post her dishes under the hashtag #MoskowitzCooks.
Prior to the pandemic, Moskowitz rarely spent time cooking given her long work hours and commute, but now has the time to recreate dishes from her favorite restaurants, enjoying learning about different cultures through food.
.
Moskowitz has brought together a large community of users who say she “brings so much positivity during these times” and have crowned her a “legend.” Not only has the community gathered around her food posts, but others have been inspired to share the hobbies they’ve been pursuing in quarantine as well. Moskowitz says the Fishbowl community “is very supportive and they inspire [her] to put out content they enjoy.”
