Not a runner but I definitely had a HUGE drop in strength post covid. Couldn't train for more than a day or two a week post anyway.
It will take some time for your body to recover.
Best advice I have is listen to your body and take your time
Lots of weights!
So pretty much thrash every inch of myself using a combo of powerlifting and body building
1 mile walk to my coffee shop for more beans. ☕

Tennis lesson in morning and then tennis practice in the evening. Also dropped off my Tesla for public charging and walked back 10 mins. Really need at home charging but can’t bring myself to cough up another grand 😅
