Had a recent job offer from Amazon TC 146 K sign on bonus 42K RSU 508 for a L6 Sr. Program manager based out of Nashville. This is barely more than the amount I make now(actually base is lower than what I make). I’m planning to ask for about 18% more, is that a high number? Hi everyone, hoping to get some feedback on an offer:

Current - EY staff 2 in tech, 75K in HCOL (not NY/SF). EY just promised PBB for staff, bigger raises, but that won't be until October.

Offer - Sr. role, 100K all in, would have to move to a MCOL, room for growth.

Wouldn't say this is my dream job, but aligns with what I'm good at, and I have been charging 50-60 every week at EY, so not eager to stay. Worth it to leave now or should I wait until after promo?
