Hi everyone, I have a question. I am currently in the middle on of an interview process, where I am quite confident that I will get the job... but I want to work for another company that has contacted me 1 week ago to interview but hasn't scheduled the interview yet....

Meaning that their interview process is probably going to take longer... how should I reach out to the company and properly let them know my situation?

He works for Pwc and had year end discussion in which he is told that they are planning to put him under Performance improvement program post 4th July. His i40 was approved last month, I have 2 questions.
1) If PWC terminates him, will they apply to USCIS for revoking his i40? Does the big 4s generally withdraw?
2) given his scenario, should he just move on to new employer or will he risk or loosing his i40 in this case?

Do any ADs here actually get support? I keep getting in situations where i accept a role on a new business win, due to the promise of a fully supported account management team, and then they don’t hire the team underneath me. I’m left to fend for myself, and have like 10% of a associate to help. This is so frustrating! Tip to all of those folks in leadership positions- the only way to grow an account is to give your team room to grow it. This short sighted approach looses growth potential.

My dermatologist prescribed a body tretinoin cream (0.1% cut with about 6 parts vanicream lotion, per her instruction). Been starting slow, using it a 2-3x a week and skin seems to be tolerating it pretty well, with the exception of the skin that rubs together while I sleep (cleavage and neck folds). Is this likely because of the moisture from the sweat in those areas? Anyone else experience this and will it get better as my skin gets used to the retinoid?
