Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Amazon Hi all, so I'm interviewing for Associate Cloud App Dev, A2C ProServe. I was wondering if anyone could provide insight on what the process is like? The recruiter said 80% behavioral and 20% technical. So, will they be testing cloud knowledge?
My background is mostly MERN focused on React/Node.js. I'm open to learning, but am I super out of my depth?
(2) At this point I’m not sure wether I should follow up in a week or two or just plead my case as to why I would be the right candidate for the role. Hopefully you beautiful people out there can shed some light and provide some advice. Thank you in advance!
Still being considered and the team moving forward with other candidates seem like contradictory statements?
Given the info you have, I’d consider following up with the hiring manager if you have their contact info and reaffirm your desire to work with them and present how you can positively impact the team. Don’t see how it could hurt your chances.
That was my initial thought as well. Unfortunately I don’t have their contact information so my options are replying to the recruiter or asking the recruiter for the managers’ contact information.
Find the manager on LinkedIn if u know their names
I did but there wasn’t any contact information and I wasn’t sure if reaching out through LinkedIn would’ve been weird.
What they are saying is you are the best candidate they’ve interviewed thus far, but they are going to wait a while longer to see if someone with more experience applies.
I totally understand that but if I’m the best candidate, except for not having a lot of experience which I do, why not give me an opportunity?
