Hi Everyone,
Hope you all doing well!
This is my first post as well as my first switch after working 6y in the same organisation.
Recently I have cleared two interviews one from
1) Infosys with 11.8 LPA (10.2 fix, 1.6 variable) - offer letter received
2) Cognizant with 15 LPA (14.3 fix, 0.7 variable) - documents submitted, yet to receive offer letter.
YOE: 6y
LWD: June 6
Considering the opportunities I have which one would be the better choice in work culture wise.
TIA

I'm on NP.I'm still working like a normal day at my company.
I didn't, as I was very upset with my company,i use that time for interview..and I work only in last week of my notice period
For me also 1 month is remaining. I am not working as there is nothing :)
Honestly, yes. You're still part of a team during the notice period - so if there's work, the team shouldn't suffer from being a person down. Even if the environment is bad, you kind of owe it to your team is what I think.
Yes. In my case, the project is in a critical phase and I have a feeling I should contibute as much as possible during my notice period
Work but don’t overburden yourself.. It’s not good for you..
What is your notice period?
