Career Pivot - Program Manager to Not Sure Yet

Going through a big life change and would love everything (including my career) to align moving forward.

First degree in Communications for International Studies (included a range of topics, but primarily Business and Creative Communications/Development).

My second degree was an MSc in Marketing. There weren’t many marketing operations/creative marketing roles available in the city I moved to so my first role was an Account Manager of [cont’d]

Are all jobs just terrible and we should just accept that and move on? I've always been one of those who seeks passion and mission and fulfilment but after 15+ years of working in different places, most have their own challenges and nothing is perfect. Should I just accept that as long as you are paid to work, it will suck because it then becomes a chore, and manage my expectations accordingly?

I got a new job offer, which is $5 lower than I’m making now but they have great monthly incentives and no working on-calls and weekends. They had told me only working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. At my current work place, I have to work on-calls and weekend; is a must. I currently working night shift 12-8 am and been there 6 years and very hard to get promotion. Should I pursue a new job offer?
