10 years in consulting with two different companies. I just don’t have any motivation nor excitements towards work that I do anymore. Is it just a temporary burnout or should I seriously consider an exit? I am leaning towards latter since I have no desire to go for PPMD. But is there anything that will drive my motivation in consulting other than PPMD route?

So I’m thinking of taking a pharmacy tech course at my local community college. I already work in healthcare on the admin side (authorizations, front desk etc) & looking to get a certification that’s quick & don’t have to go back to school. How is it being a tech in the hospital setting? What other paths are there for techs? How much can you make? Or are there any other short certifications that would make more money?

Some employees received a retention bonus/contract recently. Makes me feel they aren't going to do anything else to keep up with the market inflation, or attempt to retain the rest of the employees. Good time to exit or pray they do a market correction with the year end hikes?

Notice Period question please. After being in the same company for 8yrs & experiencing burnout in the last 2 years, I’d like to make sure I take a month’s break before jumping into my next role. Esp as I havent taken more than 2 days off at a time this year (max. 3 times/Long weekends).

I'd like to hear other cases where telehealth has proved to be more beneficial. Me personally, I work in primary care and was able to identify cholecystitis and get them to the OR More quickly as if they were actually coming to the office. I do think it can be very efficient.
