Does higher vault ranking (v10-30 compared to v80-100) open more doors for corporate in-house opportunities for a senior associate? If chambers practice area rankings and expected billable hours are similar and they offer the same DPW pay scale, does it matter less? Is it better to stay at/lateral to a firm where you might be able last longer to learn the necessary skills? Any personal anecdote or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

How is Accenture Technology diff from Accenture Strategy? I had an offer from the former which I had rejected due to low hike given to me just 20% more. Now AS HR contacted me for an opening and he told me that they don’t mind taking my candidature forward as it’s diff from the tech. Also looks like their pay grade is much higher than Tech division. Hi there. I have been a reg nurse in a practice setting for over a decade. Just wanting to get an idea of what other practice nurses are on as a pay rate if possible as a comparison to hospital nurses as I'm keen on a shift into hospitals. I started off on 22, moved to 24 then 28. Moved jobs in order to get a pay rise and recognition and accepted and stayed on 32 for 4 years as they made excuses as to a pay rise. Hey all! I am in the middle of interviewing at a healthcare data startup. I've gone through 3 if 5 rounds so far and it seems promising. I originally asked for 180-200k base salary since it's a director level role and I'm coming with ~9 YOE. We’ve just had performance reviews, and it turns out that every junior/mid associate in my practice group (including me) that I have spoken to has individually been told that they’re performing above their level and that they are amazing etc. Is this normal / is this a retention tactic?
