What is your companies medical insurance like?
I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.
Current medical plan - single person.
plan is level 2 out of 3 tiers.

$1700 deductible
$4000 out of pocket max
100% preventive covered
80% diagnostic covered AFTER deductible hit
80% prescription covered AFTER $200 deductible hit…
Thinking about having surgery for my knee and this seems costly

Rest day for me 🙌🏼.
Was legitimately 1 of 3 people there this morning, but today was a “feel good” back day with some cardio at the end. Basically I went in with no plan other than knowing it’s back/pull day, and threw together a lift that just felt good.

Thinking of hiking in the woods today but depends on how legs feel.
Rest day but will do a walk. Happy mischief night.

Might go to the gym, depending on how I’m feeling. Spending most of today running errands and meal prepping for the week.
The length unplanned, but I just finished up a 10-mile walk/hike! I wanted to get out for a few miles and I’ve been considering pushing to 10 as I haven’t hiked that far in ages. Got a good podcast on and just kept going… decided to go to 10 once I hit 6 miles. Seemed silly to stop when I was over halfway there!

I didn't do upper body yesterday but I made up for it. Did a barre class at noon and just finished upper body.

I've always wanted to try pilates and yoga as an actual class and possibly spin. Never tried the others.
We used a small ball and we stretched using some kind of ribbon (think karate belt 😅). Also, we had light dumbbells. 60-70 classes is a ton. When did the exercise become easier for you when it comes to barre?

I’m a few days behind on updates. Weights Friday, rest day yesterday, and 17k steps today so far! I’ll be traveling this week so I’ll have to see what’s feasible exercise wise - might be a bit less than my norm but I’m committed to at least doing something everyday no matter what
