Was legitimately 1 of 3 people there this morning, but today was a “feel good” back day with some cardio at the end. Basically I went in with no plan other than knowing it’s back/pull day, and threw together a lift that just felt good.

The length unplanned, but I just finished up a 10-mile walk/hike! I wanted to get out for a few miles and I’ve been considering pushing to 10 as I haven’t hiked that far in ages. Got a good podcast on and just kept going… decided to go to 10 once I hit 6 miles. Seemed silly to stop when I was over halfway there!

I didn't do upper body yesterday but I made up for it. Did a barre class at noon and just finished upper body.

Currently at 14.6k steps rn

I've always wanted to try pilates and yoga as an actual class and possibly spin. Never tried the others.

We used a small ball and we stretched using some kind of ribbon (think karate belt 😅). Also, we had light dumbbells. 60-70 classes is a ton. When did the exercise become easier for you when it comes to barre?

I’m a few days behind on updates. Weights Friday, rest day yesterday, and 17k steps today so far! I’ll be traveling this week so I’ll have to see what’s feasible exercise wise - might be a bit less than my norm but I’m committed to at least doing something everyday no matter what

Hi all... received medical RFE for my AOS (EB1C India non concurrent filing in December, 140 approved in May, FP complete in April 2021)
They have given an envelope but the medical records cannot fit inside. Any advice on how to handle this ? Should I just tape or Clio the envelope with the sealed envelope ?

Im 29, husband is 28. We just recently got married. Ive been unsure if i want kids my whole life but as time has gone on, ive felt more of the desire. My husband definitely wants at least one child. We both arent “ready” now though. Got my AMH tested - its 2.01 , FSH 5.9. My doctor said its nothing to worry about but i know it goes down with time. She didnt recommend i go to a clinic or freeze my eggs. I dont want to rush into motherhood but i also worry about waiting & the risk that poses
