10th anniversary coming up mid next year planning for a trip of a lifetime overall duration 15 days.. want to do lots of adventure for first 10 days and then chill at a resort for last 4-5 days. Open to literally any location. Keep the suggestions coming! Thanks!

Not that many International options for US tourists. Croatia and Turkey are open to US, you can explore Croatia, then Istanbul and/or Cappedocia for a hot air balloon ride then relax in Bodrum island at the Edition hotel. You can also rent a yacht. Both countries have great reviews
