Canadian salaries are very low compared to the US. Are you in the US thinking of moving?
2nd year manager in Chicago office. 5 total years this July. $97k plus bonus ($112 - 115k last two years).
Canadian salaries are always lower. You could do a lateral move to another B4 and make a 15-20 percent bump but that’s typical. Get the next promotion and title change and then quickly move to get adjusted back to market rate.

That’s ridiculously low even for Canada... Our total comp for a 3rd M is closer to 250k in Canada...
That is low for both US and Canada. I know people who are senior consultants/analysts that make that much.
For manger 2 people earn between $120,000 and $140,000 in the US.
With that many years of experience you should be getting 110-125
