SC1 - some clinics are like group lessons, others are opportunities to play out points without being in a match situation. Today was more like a group lesson 😀

Haha interesting point there, Apple! You have to drink water to make up for the water loss from your body, the blood flows better cuz of the heat and sweating I think and that benefits you in some ways.. From what I read lol

AA and I probably have similar sleep schedules these days.. never been a morning person but a red eye flight flipped my sleep schedule around 🙌 I do enjoy going to barre classes with instructors I like.. cuz they only teach in the morning 🥰🥰🥰
