Company increased Night Shift Allowance for all employees in July's 2022 Salary without any prior notification. Almost by 2.5 times.

Basic and other parameters are unchanged as same as previous month except NSA.

Is there any change in labour laws India for shift allowance only? Or, any other possibilities??
