New jobs posted on ParalegalListings.com. Please share with any paralegals you know. The more paralegals we have signed up the better we can consolidate job listings on one site. There are many attorney sites, but few resources dedicated to paralegals. We’re hoping to change that. Thanks!

How do you get past Adweek’s paywall?
I have one important goal. Save as much as I can before I retire/thrown out early. Money matters. Had following advantages in my past due to frequent switching in my past 12 years (6th company)
1. Hyper growth in learning, from a below average SE
2. Good monetary growth, recently bought a plot (near a Tech Park at Tier 2 city) and construct a 2 storey house (first floor rented out)
3. Never been in comfort zone, so no hesitation in switching again
ToDo:
As I mentioned I spent my whole savings on my house, now need to save for retirement. I’m hoping I have max 10 more years, so need to aggressively save for early retirement.
“Project went on to a stable phase where it’s less challenging technically” - 9 months is the minimum tenure I had. For less than 3 months you can mention “there’s a tech stack misalignment in my new organization and project release is not possible”
You would always get this situation … even if you join sapient, some other company may approach. You need to decide your goals and plan accordingly..
Just because you cleared an interview, that tempted you to switch?
You need to think about your career, what's right for you and then make decisions accordingly.
Honestly 40LPA for 12yoe is very low. I don't want to discourage you, but this is very low as per market standards. People with this experience are earning more than 70-80 LPA very easily. I would recommend you to take your time, start preparing for top product based companies and apply in those instead of switching to sapient.
I know, but reality is I’m weak in advanced DSA. PS now offered 58 LPA + 2 JB, which I got from my Tech Skills (Project experience) and Negotiation skills. And I’m pretty sure I will get higher package in product based companies if I can master in DSA. And at this 12 YoE, I’m planning to learn and master it. I know it’ll take time, but I’m searching for good courses. Refer me some initial free courses and advanced courses(free/paid).

Hi,
Why switching this good company within 1 year?
Nagarro is far better than Sapient
Could you pls share…What made you look for another job
No specific reasons. Just that PS scheduled interviews and I went into the process. Project at Nagarro is ok, not great not bad.
Nagarro was giving great appraisal but now a days they made some changes and It could be anything between 50k to 400k including 5% of allocation bonus. If you are on bench then forget about the bonus.
It is not good at all. This what my friends told me.
