I'm up for promotion to M1 this summer. But I honestly cant stand the thought of one more busy season, and am fairly confident I can land a job in private industry in the next month. Am I crazy to leave as a S3, 6 months short of a promotion to M1, for a job as a senior accountant in private industry? Or should I try to stick it out to M1 and then bounce for an accounting manager position?

I have Thielen, Ridley, and DHop as my WRs. Then i have Aaron Jones, Melvin Gordon, and Damien Harris as my RBs. .5PPR league. Should I go out and trade one of those WRs with a RB to try and grab a better RB2? Or can I ride with my WRs holding down both WR spots and the Flex?
