Hi Guys,
I have an issue. My team mate takes up most of the tasks and he has written code which is absolutely shitty, you can say it's "jugaad" When i ask him to follow good practices he seems to ignore.
My project doesnt even follow agile correctly, I'm thinking of leaving this project for good how can i do so. Have you been in such situation? how should i deal with this.
Thanks in advance.

What defines a toxic team?
Get out of the house, A1. Or laid. Both would be preferable.
One of my favorite client quotes: "We are all one team, except in the event of a fire alarm. Then we go first."

Sounds like a cool SM
Y'all bill by minute increments Accenture? 🙄
ACN1 I doubt you are an MD
For my own edification, do y'all bill travel time (flight/car ride to client). Bill over 8 hours a day? Also, do you not bill runs to the bathroom and coffee breaks? I have friends in tax and audit who bill .1. Just want to know where you decide client time begins and ends.

That time is not billable, have some ethics
A1 is awful. I end up rounding down to 45 no matter what anyway though.
Of course mandatory participation in a client event is billable...
It's billable. Lol
As long as there wasn't a real fire I'd bill that.
Acn1 is really a stickler. I bill in half hour increments, but I'm really lenient on the time. If you call with a 5 min question your not getting billed. Also, if I am being tied up because of the client (waiting for conf call to start, asked to stay on site for a late meeting, fire drill) then that is billable time.
A1 sounds like the reason EY has so many ex-ACN folks
If you aren't actually performing work for the client it is not billable. And we bill in 1/10th of hour increments pwc
Travel time if you work yes, if not know.
Bill actual, but not all passed on to client , depends on contract
*no
I would fire one of my SMs if they said that.
Doubt whatever you wish
