Considering moving out of my consulting role (non MBB) and starting to network/prep to move into IB. Have no long term interest in IB but want to break into PE. Is this a good idea or is moving to MBB/PE friendly consulting firms more feasible?

I just have to say that signing up for therapy (and finding my current therapist) was one of the best decisions I made in my life. I’m learning a lot about myself and how to live a happier life.
