Hi fishes. Can you tell me how to negotiate an early release from my manager? My np is 90 days. I told the hiring person that I can get relieved early since I really wanted the offer and also got it but now worried about it.

In negotiation for a Manager Role for BNY Mellon (grade K). Looking for some guidance on how hard I can push the issue with increasing my offer.
My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. Those considered it would be a lateral financial move for the 2023 year.

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. TIA!!

I have job offer from two of the big4s. One is PWC SDC Kolkata and another is KPMG Global.

KPMG is offering 1.5 lakhs extra in fixed pay and 1.5 lakhs as joining bonus.

However in PWC SDC they have shift allowance of 700/day(not mentioned in offer letter).

I am bit confused amongst two. Please share your thoughts and guide me to choose the right one considering Work life Balance, Career growth, Exposure etc.

I had a missed miscarriage in January and opted for the D&C after the medication didn’t work. I found out I was pregnant again earlier this month but yesterday began the nightmare again, loss of symptoms, dull aching pain… I’m seeing my fertility specialist for what would have been an early ultrasound later this week. How do I ask for pay parity with peers? External hires of course make a higher base, but some reps that have been moved up are making a higher base due to starting higher when hired as SDRs. I am a top 10% rep in the org, so do I approach it based on performance or parity? Also I know better than to name drop, but is it acceptable to admit that I know what my peers make when making the ask?

Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota.
