I’m not at PWC, but that seems low for big 4 SM. I would expect 195-220. My wife was just hired from industry to Accenture at M level with 10 YOE for $175k and $35k signing

Correct sm2
that is fair for SM1 and Houston
Thx D1 👍
Which team, vertical and city?
Also, best if you look for the PwC salary sheet to get a better understanding of what SM1 earns in that team & city.
Hard to say without knowing the city tiering for comp and specialty group it may be par for the course.

That is standard SM1 salary. SM is one level above manager. We also have Director level before partner. Director starts at 210 for a tech role in Houston.
Thank you PWC4!
You could maybe ask for 192 (you would be at the top of the SM band for Houston)
Are you in a Tier 3 city, e.g. Charlotte, Atlanta, Denver, Austin, Phoenix? If so, the salary is correct
Houston
I’m in Houston, Advisory.
