Pull day followed by a lengthy steam room sesh (love the extra free time on weekends)

I try to save my rest day for the week, in case work inevitably gets in the way

I just washed my hair & have a date this afternoon. We’ll see how the date goes… I’ll workout if it’s a fail and I come back home early 😂

My cramps have requested that I sit today out 😅 might still do some light cleaning but probably not the intensity/duration that would make it a workout anymore

YOE and skill- 5 years as a QA
Nagarro: 18 lpa(17 fixed+ 1lpa allocation bonus)
Hughes systique corporation: 20 lpa fixed

Nagarro is giving WFH & not negotiating anymore & hughes I need to relocate to Gurgaon as It is WFO

Apple Watch owners…⌚️
Im getting into swimming and I’m like OCD about my watch tracking my workout as accurate as possible (even if it’s not the most accurate 🤷🏻‍♀️). I used the open swim for the first time yesterday and one down is 25 yds but one full lap is 50 yds and regardless I don’t think it tracked my swim accurately. Is there a trick? Lol I input 25 yds as a lap but maybe I needed to put 50? Silly little thing but it’ll drive me crazy haha

Hey everyone. I’m looking to cut some fat after spending the last two months bulking up a bit. I’ve always been a pretty thin guy, 6’1” and about 180 now at about 16% body fat. Hoping to get that down to about 10-12 in the next month or two. I know I can lose it if I just ride by bike a bunch, but every time I do that I really struggle to maintain muscle mass. Any tips? TIA!
