Deciding when to switch is a subjective matter & is at an individual discretion.
You need to introspect the motivation behind switching i.e.
1. To increase base salary.
2. Toxic work culture.
3. Reached a plateau (comfort zone) in your current organisation/role.
Nonetheless, constantly upskill yourself while keeping an eye out for market trends & job opportunities. If anything good comes by, definitely try out for that. It’ll either land you a dream job, good pay or enhance your interview skills.
I made 2 switches currently In Deloitte since jan2021 , at 19.2 LPA fixed . Completing 7 years total this month ...

You can switch the moment you think about switching
You might have been asked the reason for your so frequent switches in interviews for sure. If NOT, then whats the point thinking about it afterall we are working for money at the end of the day, If YES, then whats the reason you gave in your interviews should be most probably your reason for next switch. If you feel you're at a good pay package considering your experience then take your merry time to learn new skills meanwhile and relax for sometime. OR if you think you're still underpaid then there's no reason to hold back for longer.

Ie money or when you feel not learning much and need to make drastic change for coming out of your own comfort zone. So money , circumstances and/or money are the reasons whichever is your need. Growth will keep coming if you keep learning so its inherent. May be sometimes if not getting due though after lots of hard work.
Ask yourself first ? Why you need to switch . If you don't have any answer , you have already got your answer for your question. But after 10yrs of exp the openings will be not more and we have to be prepare ourselves for the competition so prepare yourself for the next switch ,it can be anytime.
