This can either be a great deal with a chill landlord. Or the worst apt you've ever seen lol

Is it a garden unit?

Second floor, it’s a chill landlord! I’m moving out so just trying to help him. It’s not a brand new apartment, but it has a lot of character & is in decent shape for a historic building @McKinsey I’ll DM you pictures

Anyone seriously interested can reach out to my landlord to ask about his Hoyne Avenue properties.

Is it for a year lease?

@Publicis - I signed a year lease when I first moved in, about 2 and a half years ago. Never re-signed after the first year, so the landlord is pretty relaxed. If you needed a shorter lease you could always ask.

So I grew up in a family where we hunt but just don’t get no gun control at all. I don’t need an AK-47 to snag a deer and if you do, you shouldn’t be in the woods. So my question is why don’t we tax ammo to cover the negative societal costs of mass shootings and escalating violence.
