What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. assigning attorney told me back in February that the partners decided *not* to staff me on a very time-intensive, annual deal this spring (which I worked on in 2021), so I could focus on new work that has come in which I am REALLY interested in. Therefore, I signed on to those new projects. Now, seems like he is trying to walk back on it and staff me on Deal A. I’m unbelievably stressed and idk even what to say to him. Now I’m committed to other stuff/partners and Deal A is SO much work.

Anybody work with United Healthcare? I just had a second interview. I did some research prior to the interview about the employee benefits, but did not see if health insurance if offered upon hire date or after the 90 day period. I typically don’t like asking this during an interview. Thank you!

I’m thinking of turning down a job offer without anything (or anything full-time) lined up. Tell me if I’m being stupid, given the current economy, or if it’s better to hold out.
Context: I was reduced from full-time to part-time freelance at my old (current?) job. The place where I have an offer is very young, doesn’t have a creative director (I would be answering to marketing), and the offer is well below what I believe is average for midlevel in the city they’re in.
