Squats, overhead press, deadlift, and pullups. Failed ohp. Trying to fix deadlift form.
I use the starting strength setup. I've been screwing up step 3 such that I've basically been lifting entirely with my back. I'm trying to sit back and pull myself down to the bar, brace better, and push with my legs without letting my back get loose.
I'm not super concerned about hurting my back. I've been doing it long enough i don't think that will happen. But i think I should be able to lift heavier with better technique.
