Who else is going to quit after CRTs? Almost everyone I have spoken to who has had their meeting is looking for other work. Just wanted to get a feel for if half of the company will be quitting or the entire company.
It really all just feels like a slap in the face at this point.

I worked as a technical PM for a medium-sized adtech company in NYC in charge of 2 technical teams, and the business intelligence team.

On Thursday I was informed by the lead PO and HR that leadership had decided that the project management office was no longer necessary for the company and all three of us, the director and the two technical PMs, were being let go. None of us were given any notice.

They offered me 2 weeks of severance pay and I negotiated it to 3.
