25 y/o. Been working for a startup for 2.5 years after graduating undergrad in 2017. Started as an intern. Salary for the first 2 years went from $55K to $78K. Now I’m at $95K and scheduled for a promotion to associate, salary expected to be $120-140K. I have no idea where I’m at in terms of relations to market (salary and progression)... can anyone at a BB help me out?

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I have not done any consulting before so I am not sure how it works, what I would need to set up (they mentioned that I would start a LLC and bill them directly, no idea how to do that), how to determine the tax implications of this, or what hourly rate I would expect. Can anyone offer advice?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

An executive of a major Telecom company approached me with an exciting opportunity. All details have been finalized for them to provide me an official offer other than the final compensation. The executive had asked me to provide a salary range that I was looking for which I did, but now wants me to provide my W2 from previous years of employment along with a breakout of this year’s compensation. Can someone point me to some material where I can read about profit sharing vs 401k. I get the concept, but I am trying to understand is 10% profit sharing vested over 5 years better than an employee 401k match of 6%?
