Hi all - curious to know how many of you have gone through PMP certification? I have heard that it is pretty labor intensive / costly and want to make sure it is worthwhile. I work in Marketing and am not sure if it is applicable in my industry.

After giving interview in Feb they ghosted me and did not reply to any of mails or calls. on Mar 16, out of blue I have got an offer letter for location Chennai which was never discussed or talked before by HR. Question for both agency and brand-side women- how much do you normally spend or charge on production? Background- I’m now brand side (formerly agency) and our media is under $10million in working dollars plus fees, but we spend nearly $5million on production and creatives services and fees. This was shocking to me, our agency typically scopes our creative fees and production as less than 20% of cost of working media dollars on the HIGH end. Perspective?
