Meet up groups

He means the meetup app. Download it and look for groups that match your interests

The easiest method is to infiltrate a friend group rather than establishing your own

I started a LinkedIn group for the area. I work in south end and I'm always down for coffee.

What’s it called?

What do you like to do?

As a runner I just went to the brewery run clubs and ended up meeting a few people that way. Otherwise if you’re moving into a complex there should be ways to meet people that way as well. Otherwise the app mentioned above seems like a good approach

Find your F3 workout group closes to you and show up in the morning and workout

If you have a favorite sports team, go to their local bar. Even going solo it’d be easy to strike a conversation and meet people

If you’re a Bills fan, Lebowski’s. Went there a few weeks ago and was annoyed by the Bills people, but it was good food lol

Hey there! Have you tried going to social clubs? I have personally gone to el Thrifty and it was amazing. I had an amazing overall experience. That's where I met my best friends!

Start dating a local; befriend her friends; and take it from there. Win win

I read this as 26 million people moving down to Dilworth this coming weekend. Can you tell it has been a long week? Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday am I right?

Is anyone interested in taking over the lease for a top floor 3 bed 2 bath, 1500 SQ ft apartment in a newly built complex in Plaza Midwood? The lease runs through Sept 2023. It's one of the nicest complexes in the city, has close proximity to Uptown, and has excellent amenities (e.g. CrossFit style gym, two pools, dog park, on site complimentary cafe, etc.). My unit has an ideal layout for work from home and a huge patio.

Edit: $3,196/mo including valet trash pickup ($35) and pest control ($4)
