Hello,
My name is Vania Awuah. I attend Regent University and I’m majoring in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I have my bachelors in Psychology. I am currently looking for jobs in my field such as consultant or human capital jobs. I have about 1-2 years in Human Resources but it is hard for jobs to accept me with my field. I let Regent University career service help me with my resume but I haven’t been able to find a job or get any job offers. Is there’s any advice or anything I can do? Regent University @

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturiser, then an anti-ageing eye balm followed by a final moisturising protective lotion.
Haha I’ve seen American psycho too and completely missed the reference at first. I just read it and thought no way I can commit to half of that. Appreciate y’all
Limit salt intake and some carbs. Should do the trick.
More water (gallon per day is a good goal) and less salt.

Sleep, hydration, allergens, alcohol, medication or salt - most likely culprits.
Drink plenty of water
Drink more water and cut back on alcohol. I noticed alcohol can make a huge difference in my face compared to anywhere else on my body
Darn, was hoping it wasn’t this haha. I barely drink on weekdays but drink pretty excessively on fri/sat. Time to cut back I suppose...
