27M here, 5’10 160lbs. I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life over last year (nothing amazing but 5 min treadmill mile and more weights lately). I feel really good about it overall but I’ve noticed my face actually looking slightly chubbier. Mainly around puffy cheeks when I look at pics compared to college.

The biggest thing that's worked for me is to keep healthier snacks within arms reach. I keep muscle milk, quest bars and small packs of "treats" so I don't succumb to donuts or cake just a few steps away!
