Total market and sp 500 are essentially interchangeable so just pick one. I would have at least 20% international. Up to you if you want bonds. At 28 you are ok without any in my opinion but 10% Would be fine also

No reason to hold both VTSAX and VFIAX. They overlap significantly. I'd just do 80% VTSAX and 20% international. No need for bonds at your age.
